Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. Try your items as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing if applicable.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 3 days from the delivered date. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.

Keep in mind, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We require photographs or videos demonstrating the problem. It is to be sent to us via email. If you can't prove the problem then we will not issue a refund or replacement.

We can not cancel your order when it's already shipped.

We use third party couriers to deliver the orders. If you purchase with us you understand that there's risk of parcels getting lost. We only refund orders that have proof that they were not received.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
